Hyatt Place San Pedro

Overall it was a great experience ! We stayed with my family and we really enjoyed our visit at Hyatt. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the view was very nice, the pool in fact is a bit narrow but when not crowded there's plenty space for everyone. Breakfast was excellent, security personnel at the hotel was very kind and attentive. Definitely worth the stay.

Stayed here for one night to catch a late afternoon flight out of SAP. European family with 2 young kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and facilities feel new and bright and all feels safe. The highlight was the pizza made in front of us on an Ooni pizza oven at the pool bar. The chef and the guy working the pool bar both did great! It was busy but they did it all with a smile. Room was closest to the elevator, but we didn’t hear a thing at night and had a good sleept. Nice view over the city. All staff was very friendly and spoke English well!

The hotel has modern and beautiful amenities with a great living space on the lobby, a nice pool, and fantastic breakfast in the morning that was included in our room fee.

It would help if you improved the portion at dinner time. I travel a lot, and I have eaten in Michelin restaurants in South America, Peru such as Central and they give three times as much portion.

Breakfast was exceptional! Great variety every morning. The staff (Samuel and Tania) were outstanding in their service. The property's location was perfect and very accessible.
